FAIRY TALE DINNER: FIGURE THEATER WITH ALBERT VÖLKL

Albert Völkl studied at the Kunsthochschule Kassel: free graphics, animated film, figure construction and play. Since 1986 he has been running his own mobile figure and shadow theater, which travels all over Germany. The theater has been supported by the Hessian Ministry of Science and Art for several years. He also illustrates books (Pro Libris, Wilfried Nold and Votobia publishing houses), draws comics, theater posters, designs town lanterns with silhouettes (Heppenheim, Ortenberg, Diemelstadt, Trendelburg, etc.) and takes on design commissions for other theaters (shadow figures, puppets, stage sets, etc.).
